PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high dryer function with excellent drying efficiency by solving a problem that the drying efficiency is reduced because hot wind doesn't sufficiently collide with the whole clothes to be dried in a dryer or a washing/drying machine with the dryer function using a drying space, a heating means and a fan. SOLUTION: An inner tub 30 with the center axis of rotation in the vertical direction is rotatably supported inside an outer tub 26 suspended inside a housing 25, and a rotary blade 32 with a large number of small through holes is rotatably disposed on the inner bottom of the inner tub 30. The inner tub 30 or the rotary blade 32 is driven by a motor 27, and a delivery port 40 is structured to oscillate with an oscillation support part 43 as the center of oscillation. In the drying process, hot wind, oscillating, enters the inner tub 30, and collides with clothes 50 to be dried from various angles. An a result, the moisture of the clothes can be easily removed, and therefore, the excellent dryer function with high drying efficiency can be achieved.
