PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction port device for a circulation type bubbling bathtub which can prevent accidental skipped mounting of a hard to clog filter by accomplishing simple removal thereof. SOLUTION: In the circulation type bubbling bathtub, a filter 4 is detachably housed and held in a suction port 3 arranged by being recessed in the internal wall 2 of a bathtub 1 and a suction cover 6 is detachably installed by covering the suction port 3 leaving an inflow clearance 5 surrounding it. The filter 4 is formed in a roughly trapezoidal shape being opened backward, the outer circumference of the rear end opening rim part 7 thereof is fitted with the inner circumference of the suction port 3 to house and hold the filter 4 in the suction port 3. The filter 4 and the suction cover 6 are linked together with a string-like body 8.
