PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock-down type furniture having a base box body like a cabinet, or the like which can be assembled and disassembled easily without using fixing metal pieces and tools for assembling. SOLUTION: This knock-down type furniture has a base box body comprising at least a bottom part, a left board, a right board, a rear board, and a top board. When the left and right boards are connected with the rear board, the front edges of the left and right boards are located closely and hooks on the rear edges of the left and right boards are positioned where they face the parts to be hooked on the both edges of the rear board. While the hooks are hooked to the hooked parts, the front edges of the left and right boards are opened in the opposite directions each other using the parts to be hooked as the rotation axes until the left and right boards are roughly parallel. By doing so, the hooks and parts to be hooked are tightly fixed and the left and right boards are fixed to the rear board through the hooks and parts to be hooked. Then, the upper edges of the left and right boards are fixed to the both side-edge of the top board, and the lower edges of the left and right boards are fixed to the both side-edges of the bottom part.
