METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AGRICULTURAL MATERIAL AND AGRICULTURAL MATERIAL MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high quality agricultural material by composting organic waste such as garbage, stockbreeding waste or marine product waste at a high speed without causing malodor.

SOLUTION: The organic waste is composted by adding inorganic waste selected from a group composed of paper sludge incineration ash, coal incineration ash and the mixture thereof into the organic waste, stirring the resultant mixture in the presence of air while keeping a prescribed temperature and carrying out the radical decomposition of the organic material with oxygen radical species produced using the inorganic waste as a catalyst.
