摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method with an inexpensive device configuration enabling to sufficiently detect a subtle relationship between chemiluminescence and fluorescence. SOLUTION: Photons of fluorescence and chemiluminescence generated from a sample 9 to be measured are individually detected by a photomultiplier tube 31 through a light selection part 20. A pulse electronic signal output from the photomultiplier tube 31 is amplified by a high-speed amplifier 41 and the pulse is counted by the photon counter 42. By a switching part 43, a first memory part 44 memorizes the first discrete value counted by the photon counter 42 in the first period while an excitation light is not irradiated to the sample 9 to be measured, and a second memory part 45 memorizes the second discrete value counted by the photon counter 42 in the second period while an excitation light is irradiated to the sample 9 to be measured. By an analyzing part 46, changes in chemiluminescence with time is measured based on the first discrete value, and changes in fluorescence with time is measured based on the first and second discrete values.
