A board assembly is provided to stably combine a connector with a substrate through a hanging protrusion. In a board assembly, a substrate has a connector accommodating unit(12) whose one part is cut. A connector(1) has a connector body(20) and a hanging protrusion(28). The connector body(20) is accommodated in the connector accepting unit(12). The hanging protrusion(28) is protruded from one side of the connector body(20) and is contacted to an upper surface of the substrate.
