An electronic blackboard using a transparent background is provided to substitute for the existing blackboard using chalk as the electronic blackboard is applied regardless of a program and to prevent pollution caused by powder of the chalk by developing a program capable of writing and drawing. An electronic blackboard using a transparent background(B) is a program having the transparent background for supporting a teaching method using a computer such as a presentation. A transparent layer is displayed on a monitor of the existing computer and a user freely writes down or draws a picture on the transparent layer. Therefore, the program having the transparent background is substituted for the existing blackboard.
