PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely output game information related to the number of game media put out as prize game media to an external management device installed in a game parlor when putting out prize game media and dispensing game media with a single putout device. SOLUTION: A putout control CPU determines whether or not putout game balls are put out as prize balls based on the total number of dispensing balls and the total number of prize balls for putout control which are managed by itself for every time of putting out game balls from a putout unit and, when being put out as the prize balls, updates the value of a self-managing counter for confirming the number of prize balls. That is to say, when there are no game balls to be put out to a player as the dispensing balls and there are game balls to be put out to the player as the prize balls, the putout control CPU determines that the game balls as the prize balls are put out. This constitution can precisely output the game information (prize ball information) related to the number of game balls put out as the prize balls to a parlor computer installed in a game parlor.
