<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air conditioning efficiency by suppressing temperature dispersion of a whole radiation panel in an air conditioning device using radiation heat. <P>SOLUTION: Cold/hot air supplied from an air conditioner flows into an interior of the indoor air conditioning panel 12 from an inlet 30, and during the time it is passed through a communication passage 24 until it is discharged from an outlet 32, heat exchange is carried out between a surface of a radiation heat sink 22 and the cold/hot air. Since the communication passage 24 is partitioned by an orifice plate 28, a slit 26 of the orifice plate 28 functions as an orifice, and when the hot/cold air passes through the slit 26, its flow is throttled and a flow velocity is increased. By the accelerated flow of the cold/hot air, a temperature boundary layer formed on a boundary face of the radiation heat sink 22 composing the communication passage 24 is broken, the heat exchange between the surface of the radiation heat sink 22 and the cold/hot air is intensified, and the radiation heat sink 22 is heated or cooled to a desired temperature throughout a wide range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
