<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp unit accurately spraying cooling air having a sufficient wind velocity to a desired part of a lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The lamp unit includes: a reflector 10 with the lamp attached thereto; a reflector holding part 20 holding the reflector 10; and a spray member 22 fixed to the reflector holding part 10 and cooling the lamp by spraying air thereto.
