The invention relates to pressure relief valves of the type used, for example, in automotive fuel system pressure regulators. The valve (1) provided comprises adjusting means (7) for adjusting the force applied to the valve member (12) by the biasing means (11). The adjusting means (7) may allow the valve (1) to be set before installation to open or close at different fluid pressure thresholds in many different applications.
