PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence detecting system that easily detects a plurality of fluorescences at the same time and easily detects the fluorescences emitted from a plurality of measuring targets at the same time. SOLUTION: The fluorescence detecting system 10 includes light sources 7A, 7B and 7C for emitting exciting light, optical fiber groups 1A, 1B and 1C for exciting light optically connected to the respective light sources 7A, 7B and 7C each at one end, photodetectors 8a, 8b and 8c, a leading end part 20 wherein the other end of each of the optical fiber groups 2a, 2b and 2c for fluorescence respectively optically connected to the photodetectors 8a, 8b and 8c and one end of each of the optical fiber groups 1A, 1B and 1C for exciting light and each of the optical fiber groups 2a, 2b and 2c for fluorescence are formed into one bundle, a lens 4 and a capillary 3 for integrally holding the leading end part 20 and the lens 4.
