PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the positional information of a mobile communication terminal as a standard interface protocol. SOLUTION: A positional-information substitute data column (NULLAREA) is given in a menu data provided from an IP server 500 to a mobile station 100 together with the URL of the IP server 500. The mobile station 100 determines whether or not the positional information may be transmitted to the IP server 500, when the positional-information substitute data column is detected in the menu data selected by a user. If it is determined as transmissible, the mobile station 100 detects the positional information of its own and substitutes it for the positional-information substitute data column to transmit it to the IP server 500.
