PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator which can suppress voltage peak value, can reduce waveform distortion rate and can improve mass productivity, using a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the power generator 1, a winding system of a copper wire 23 forming a stator coil 21 is set as chain winding (concentric winding), where one coil corresponds to one slot. A cross section of teeth 31, at a part where a winding pitch becomes large is made smaller than that of teeth in the other part. Penetration slits 33 as magnetic flux restriction shapes, making the cross section small are formed in the teeth 31 generated in an electromagnetic steel sheet which is laminated in the direction of a rotating axis and constitutes a stator core 22. A plurality of penetration slits 33 are formed with a tooth, having the largest winding pitch as the center. Thus, the peak part of the peak value is lowered, while the actual value of an output waveform is maintained, and the waveform distortion rate can be reduced. The magnetic flux restriction shape can also be obtained, by forming the penetration hole or narrowing width in a circumferential direction of the teeth. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
