PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve efficiency in use of air interface resources in call setup steps and to decrease associated SIP signaling transmitted to the air interface resources and a network. SOLUTION: A call processing method according to the present invention includes the steps of: by a Push-to-talk over Cellular (PoC) terminal, transmitting to a PoC server a SIP INVITE message containing a filtering condition for presence information; by the PoC server, receiving the SIP INVITE message, then acquiring an address of the PoC terminal of which the presence information meets the filtering condition, in a predetermined group, by an interaction with XDMS, and transmitting the SIP INVITE message to the PoC terminal of which the presence information meets the filtering condition; and making a predetermined group call through an interaction of three parties of a calling-side PoC terminal, the PoC server, and the PoC terminal of which the presence information meets the filtering condition in the predetermined group.
