PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, since all slots for use in communication are allocated to amplification communication voice data, a broadcast communication system cannot perform individual communication speeches, data transfer and another voice notification during amplification notification, and when the system is constructed by using an integrated system of those of an old city, an old town and an old village caused by the integration of a city, a town and a village, fixed-time broadcast has not been allowed individually in the old city, the old town and the old village before the integration. SOLUTION: This system is constructed so that a key station 2 assigns data received from an operation console 10 to predetermined slots, and transmits the data to loudspeaker sub-stations of regions 31 to 33 based on region identification information specified by the operation console 10 while being constructed to transmit the region identification information which specifies the region to be transmitted to the key station 2 together with data transmitted to the loudspeaker sub-stations 31 to 33 from the operation console 10.
