(In the formula (1), Ar1 and Ar2 independently represent an arylene group or a group represented by the formula (3) below; R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or an aryl group, and a hydrogen atom contained in these groups may be substituted by a fluorine atom.)
