In an organic electroluminescence device including an anode, a hole injecting layer, an emitting layer, an electron transporting layer and a cathode, the hole injecting layer contains poly(alkylene dioxythophene) and at least one type of fluorine-containing colloid-forming polymer acids. The electron transporting layer contains a nitrogen-containing heterocycle derivative represented by a formula (1) below.
