PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for fuel cell that can smooth the temperature distribution of a fuel battery unit cell easily, and can relax deformation of the fuel battery unit cell, and to provide a fuel cell stack using the same.SOLUTION: A separator 1 for fuel cell is used for a flat-plate fuel battery unit cell 2 having an anode 20, a solid electrolyte layer 21 and a cathode 23. The separator 1 for fuel cell has a separator body 10, a cathode side collector 12 arranged on the fuel battery unit cell 2 side of the separator body 10, and a heat conduction layer 11 arranged between the separator body 10 and cathode side collector 12 and composed of a fibrous member.
