PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of an e-mail address.SOLUTION: A print management server includes: an identification information management section which manages identification information uniquely associated with an e-mail address allocated to a printer; a print request receiving section which receives a print request for a content, together with the identification information; and a print instruction section which specifies an e-mail address corresponding to the identification information accompanying the print request specified by the identification information management section, to an e-mail print server that causes a printer corresponding to a designated e-mail address to execute printing, and issues an instruction to the printer corresponding to the designated e-mail address to print a content concerning the print request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
