PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endotoxin measuring agent and an endotoxin measuring method that reduce influences of a reaction interference factor.SOLUTION: In an endotoxin measuring method according to the invention, glucose-1-phosphate or glucose-6-phosphate is added to a sample and a detection reagent is added to the sample. A measuring reagent according to the invention includes glucose-1-phosphate or glucose-6-phosphate. The glucose-1-phosphate or the glucose-6-phosphate may be added to the sample as a solution. The sample is a pharmaceutical product, and concentration of the glucose-1-phosphate or the glucose-6-phosphate in the solution including the glucose-1-phosphate or the glucose-6-phosphate may be prepared into a range of 1 mM or more and 25 mM or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
