PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional material for a cosmetic or oral taking containing a component derived from a natural product excellent in biological safety and effectiveness which has a collagen gel shrinkage promotion action, a collagen synthesis promotion action, a decorin synthesis promotion action, a melanosome uptake suppression action, an antioxidant action, and a lipid accumulation suppression action; a prevention/improvement effect of skin rough surface (inflammation, dry skin, acnes, and the like), the aging phenomenon (wrinkles, sagging, decrease of skin tension or skin texture, and the like); a prevention/improvement effect of stains, blacking, opening, clogging, sagging, and the like of a pore; a prevention/improvement effect of a pigmentation such as skin stains, freckles, and chloasmas; and an effect by which the hair is protected and a sound scalp is obtained.SOLUTION: A cosmetic or a composition for oral taking contains squeezed juice or extract of bergamot (Citrus bergamia), which is a plant belonging to the genus Citrus of Rutaceae.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
