PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device advantageous to miniaturization.SOLUTION: The image blur correction device includes an image blur correction member (30) which includes holding frames (30b and 30c) for holding an optical element (L2) and is driven in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis, to correct an image blur, a fixation member (31) which supports the image blur correction member, and vibration absorption parts (31a, 32, and 33) which absorb the vibration of the image blur correction member.
