The present invention contributes to easier assessment of remaining resources on a network. This path calculation server is provided with: a communication means for communicating with a client; a network information memory means for storing information needed for calculating at least a path on the network; a path calculation means for referring to information stored in the network information memory means and calculating the path; and a resource search means for controlling the path calculation means, calculating a path cluster capable of being established on the network, and responding with the path cluster as the remaining resources on the network when a request to calculate the remaining resources on the network is received from the client through the communication means.
