The invention relates to an isolated strain of the Lactobacillus genus, characterised by its capacity to grow in the germination medium of a seed, and to limit the growth of bacteria such as Enterobactericaceae, more specifically E. coli, or such as Bacillus spp, in the event of contamination of said seed during the germination thereof compared to germination without Lactobacillus. |
