PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an opportunity loss on a store side.SOLUTION: A courtesy information providing device comprises: a congestion degree determination unit for determining a degree of congestion in a store, based on information indicating a congestion state of customers in the store; a courtesy determination unit for determining a courtesy content to the customers, according to a predetermined standard, based on the degree of congestion determined by the congestion degree determination unit; and a courtesy information output unit for outputting information indicating the determined courtesy content to an external device. The store comprises a cash register which is operated for exact calculation of a payment. The information indicating the congestion state contains a number of people which is counted based on an image of people included in an image which images a counter of the store, or, a number which the cash register is operated for a unit time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
