PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot cleaner and a method for controlling the robot cleaner, capable of determining a cleaning state of a traveling route according to sensing results of a plurality of dust sensors, and performing cleaning according to the cleaning state to determine whether cleaning has been properly performed on the traveling route, and thus cleaning the traveling route again.SOLUTION: A robot cleaner 100 according to the present invention includes: a main body 10 defining an external appearance of the robot cleaner; a plurality of dust sensors 20a, 20b located at different positions on the main body 10 and sensing dust in a traveling route of the main body 10; and a control unit 30 for controlling the traveling and cleaning operation of the main body 10, based on sensing results of the plurality of dust sensors 20a, 20b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
