Provided are: an impeller support member that is for a water supply meter that can correctly measure flow rate at a low cost; an impeller support structure using the impeller support member; and a water supply meter. The impeller support member results from integrally forming, from a synthetic resin: a tip section having a tip (SR) shape; a shaft section comprising a first shaft section having a first outer diameter, a second shaft section having a second outer diameter greater than the first outer diameter, and a third shaft section that gradually expands in diameter from the first shaft section to the second shaft section; a flange section that is formed protruding in a direction perpendicular to the axis line of the shaft section at the bottom end of the second shaft section; and a screw section at which male threads are formed at the bottom end of the flange section.
