Requirements of a house with a reinforced insulation property to reduce energy consumption for reducing carbon comes to the fore all over the world in current 2015. High airtightness is required to improve the insulation property of the house, so that an indoor air quality is degraded. Therefore, an improvement method of the indoor air quality of the highly insulated house is absolutely required, and a forcible ventilation device using an electric heat exchanging method to recover waste heat while ventilation is absolutely required. The present invention is a technology optimized for needs of a user of the ventilation device. |
