PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectenna circuit that is improved so that power conversion efficiency can be enhanced, and a power-receiving device.SOLUTION: A rectenna circuit REC1 has a power distributor 32. The power distributer 32 includes one input terminal #0. The input terminal #0 is electrically connected to an antenna via wiring. The power distributor 32 includes n output terminals #1 to #N (main distribution terminals #1 to #N). The power distributer 32 has M-N isolation terminals #N+1 to #M. Rectifier diodes D1 to DN are connected to the output terminals #1 to #N via matching circuits MC1 to MCN, respectively. Rectifier diodes DN+1 to DM are connected to the isolation terminals #N+1 to #M via matching circuits MCN+1 to MCM, respectively. High-frequency power appeared at the output terminals are each converted into DC power by the rectifier diodes D1 to DN. |
