PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate sheet and a foam laminate sheet each excellent in terms of the foam retention of the foam resin layer thereof and inhibiting not only occurrences of ruptures of foam cells of the foam resin layer but also occurrences of punctures on an occasion where an emboss work is executed from above the outermost surface layer of the foam laminate sheet.SOLUTION: The provided laminate sheet is a laminate sheet in which at least a foaming agent-containing resin layer 3 is laminated atop a fibrous sheet 1, and the foaming agent-containing resin layer 3 includes an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer and a nonpolar polyolefin wax. |
