PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having excellent gas barrier performance and adhesion as well as flex resistance, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a gas barrier film includes: the step of heating a base material film; the step of forming a fine uneven structure on one side or both sides of the heated base material film; and the step of sequentially laminating an organic layer and an inorganic layer on the base material film having the fine uneven structure on the one side or both sides. In the manufacturing method of a gas barrier film according to claims 1 or 2, at least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer are alternately laminated on both sides of the base material film having the fine uneven structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
