PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film that can be drawn out from a wound body by a small drawing force, and has high adhesive force (initial adhesive force) while on the other hand it hardly causes the increase of the adhesive force with the lapse of time or even under high temperature and to provide a prism sheet with a surface protective film that includes the surface protective film.SOLUTION: The surface protective film has a substrate layer and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer has a storage elastic modulus G' at -30°C of 400 MPa or more and a storage elastic modulus G' at 25°C of 5.5 MPa or less and contains a first styrene-based elastomer as a main component and a second styrene-based elastomer having a storage elastic modulus G' at -30°C lower than that of the first styrene-based elastomer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
