PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of freely reproducing a video from halfway thereof without causing increase in a processing load or pressing a storage capacity.SOLUTION: VDP (Video Display Processor) creates drawing data on the basis of video data stored in a CGROM, and loads the created drawing data into VRAM. The VDP refers to the drawing data loaded in the VRAM and displays an image on a display screen at a prescribed frame rate to reproduce a video. When halfway reproduction timing for reproducing another video during reproduction of a video, comes, the VDP creates the drawing data from a start of the video to be reproduced halfway to the halfway reproduction timing at a higher speed than the frame rate. Then, the VDP creates the drawing data on and after the halfway reproduction timing at the frame rate and displays the video, thereby reproducing the video halfway.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
