PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture temperature control device, a culture observation device and a culture temperature control method which are suitable for maintaining culture environment.SOLUTION: A culture temperature control device according to the present invention comprises a housing, a first heater, a temperature sensor, and a control part. The housing includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposing the first substrate. The first heater is arranged on the first substrate. The temperature sensor detects temperature inside the housing. The control part includes a first temperature adjusting part and a second temperature adjusting part which are capable of adjusting the first heater, and controls the adjusting parts so as to switch from the first temperature adjusting part to the second temperature adjusting part in opening the housing. The first temperature adjusting part adjusts the temperature of the first heater, based on target temperature and temperature detected by the temperature sensor. The second temperature adjusting part adjusts the temperature of the first heater by on/off control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18 |
