PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water turbine device easily installed in a water passage and highly efficient so that it can acquire a stable electric power.SOLUTION: In a water turbine device 1, a suspender 4 is erected on the upper face of a water-wheel housing 3 having a rotor 11, and a cylindrical water turbine casing 3 is horizontally suspended at a spacing within the height of the housing 3 through the suspender 4 on the horizontal lower face 2A of a horizontal bottom lower face of a floating water-wheel housing 2 floating on the water face so that the rise of a water flow to pass over the upper face of the water turbine casing 3 is passed while being suppressed by the lower face 2A of the water-wheel housing 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
