PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanizer and a tire vulcanizing method which can discharge a steam condensate stored in a bladder to the outside of the bladder during vulcanization and can minimize the modification of an existing apparatus.SOLUTION: In a tire vulcanizer comprising a mold 10 for forming an outer surface of a pneumatic tire T, a cylindrical bladder 20 inserted inside the pneumatic tire T, a central mechanism 30 operating the bladder 20, medium supply means 40 supplying a heating and pressurizing medium containing steam to the inside of the bladder 20, and heating means 50 heating the mold 10, a water suction pipe 61 exhibiting a capillary phenomenon is arranged inside the bladder 20 and a suction port 63 of the water suction pipe 61 is arranged at a part storing a steam condensate L in the bladder 20 to form a siphon drainage mechanism 60 including the water suction pipe 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
