The inventions can be used in processes for producing hydrocarbons from natural and associated petroleum gas. A method for purifying reaction water formed, during hydrocarbon synthesis, from synthesis gas in a GTL process, includes converting a portion of the oxygenates found therein during synthesis-gas production, while tempering the synthesis gas using a portion of the reaction water at a temperature exceeding 500°C, while in contact with an oxygenate steam conversion catalyst. A method for using reaction water formed during hydrocarbon synthesis from a synthesis gas in the GTL process, includes purifying same of oxygenates, while tempering the synthesis gas at a temperature exceeding 500°C, while in contact with an oxygenate steam conversion catalyst, degassing the purified water, using same for cooling the synthesis gas to a temperature below 400°C and for producing water vapor which is then sent for producing synthesis-gas by means of partially oxidizing hydrocarbons of a raw material during steam conversion. |
