PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, in which a medal jam is prevented in the medal selector of a slot machine.SOLUTION: A screening device of a medal selector is equipped with a guide member BL-U, which is disposed to cover the upper side of a medal passage 11 and made operative in a non-operative state to help the rolling motion of a medal by holding the vicinity of the upper end of the medal to pass and in an operative state to discharge the metal without holding the medal. The state of the screening device is examined when the medal is detected by an entrance side sensor SEN3 disposed on the side closer to the medal entrance than the guide member for detecting the input of the medal. When the screening device is active, the timing is started, and the screening device is not changed from the operative state to the inoperative state till the metal passes through the screening device by the timing operation. As a result, the passing medal is not clamped by the screening device (or the guide member). |
