<p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent heat resistance, electric insulating characteristics, dielectric properties, punching processability and chemical resistance, by controlling the wt. ratio of a liquid resin to an impregnated base material in a specific range at the time when a film-like or a sheet-like coating substance is laminated on a laminating material of the liquid resin impregnated base material. CONSTITUTION:Excess impregnation of a base material with a heat-setting liquid resin is done in advance. Either a method where the excess liquid resin is removed at the same time when or before a sheet-like coating is laminated on a laminating material of said impregnated base material, or a method where a heatsetting liquid resin is newly supplied when the liquid resin impregnated base material is laminated and/or when sheet-like coating substances are laminated on both faces of the laminating base material, are used. The amt. of the liquid resin contained in the liquid resin impregnated laminated base material after the coating substance is laminated is thereby controlled in a desired specific amount within 30-80wt.% to the liquid resin impregnated laminated base material and the degree of curing of the laminated base material is brought in such an extent that the sheet-like coating substance is peelable without and trouble from the surface of the laminated base material when the sheet-like coating substance is not adhered on the surface of the laminated base material.</p> |
