NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R<1> is H, halogen, nitro, cyano, lower alkyl, CF3, -COR<3> (R<3> is OH or amino), -NR<4>R<5> (R<4> and R<5> are H, lower alkyl or aralkyl), lower alkanoylamino or -NHCOCOOR<7> (R<7> is H or lower aralkyl); R<2> is H or lower alkyl when one of R<1> is lower alkanoylamino and R<2> is lower alkyl when R<1> is except the lower alkanoylamino; n is 1-5; Het is pyridyl or pyrimidinyl] and a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:4-[(E,E)-4-(4-Fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-1,3-butadienyl]pyri-dine hydrochloride. USE:An agent for peptic ulcer, anticonvulsant, anti-dimentia and adjuvant. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II is reacted with a compound shown by formula III in the presence of a deoxidizer in an inert solvent at -50 deg.C - room temperature to give a compound shown by formula I. |
