<p>PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization of the whole circulating path by orthogonally arranging each two rows on the right and left sides of a track rail, total four rows of parallel roller rolling endless circulating paths inside a unit so as to be crosswise each other, so that the load capacity of respective endless circulating path rows can be equalized. CONSTITUTION:The traffic control of rollers rolling in the direction changing paths 12', 11' of large and small two rows of endless circulating paths which are mutually perpendicular in section is carried out by spacers 13, and the spacers 13 themselves are fitted and stationed inside the side plates 6 fitted on both sides of a track member. The small endless circulating path 11 can be shortened in its longitudinal length by forming the direction changing path 11' by circular arc parts and a straight part, so that it can be completely housed inside the circumferential path loop of the large endless circulating path 12 whose direction changing path 12' is formed by a single circular arc. Furthermore, the longitudinal straight parts of both circulating paths can be substantially made to have the same length. Thus, the load track path corresponding to the rail side load track surface 9 and that corresponding to the slide side load surface 10 can be formed to have the same length, thereby the load capacity can be equalized.</p> |
