<p>PURPOSE:To reduce data quantity with which high-order software deals without affecting resolution by providing a data conversion tables where area data of a prescribed area and touch data which corresponds to the prescribed area and which has small number of digits are compared. CONSTITUTION:Plural data conversion tables 6 where area data 7 of the prescribed area in a touch area and touch data 8 which corresponds to the prescribed area and which has small number of digits are compared are stored. A decode part 4 detects whether the output of a touch panel unit 1 is included in area data 7 of the data conversion tables 6, and it outputs detected area data 5. A data conversion part 9 reads touch data corresponding to the output of the decode part 4 from the data conversion table 6 and output it. Thus, data quantity with which high-order software deals can considerably be reduced without affecting the resolution of the touch panel.</p> |
