PURPOSE:To obtain an immobilized enzyme having improved enzymatic activity and stability for use, by supporting the enzyme on a specific carrier, covering it with a cold curing specific blocked isocyanate compound. CONSTITUTION:Vinyl chloride resin is dissolved in one or more solvents A, to give 2-25wt% resin solution. This solution is immersed in one or more solvents B which are poor solvents for vinyl chloride resin and good solvents for the solvents A, to give a carrier. This carrier is immersed in a solution containing an enzyme, the enzyme supported on the carrier, and brought into contact with an aqueous solution of a blocked isocyanate compound. A compound obtained by reacting a urethane prepolymer having two or more free NCO groups with an isocyanate blocking agent such as a heterocyclic compound having a skeleton shown by the formula in the formula is used as the blocked isocyanate compound. |
