<p>PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency by immediately offering an automatic help picture prompting an operator to continue the operation in the case of stop of the input from an input device due to some cause with respect to the input request of a data processor. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 1 which discriminates the presence or the absence of input from an input device, an overflow detecting circuit 2 which records overflow of the timer, and software which refers to the recording circuit 2 to perform discrimination are provided, and software to automatically display the help picture is started. Then, the help picture corresponding to the condition is displayed in the case of the absence of input from the input device 5 for a certain time though the operator does not know how to display the help picture, and the help function is momently presented. Thus, the work efficiency is improved.</p> |
