PURPOSE:To provide a performance of satisfying the fireproof examination of 30min-one hr by employing a bridge type vinylchloride foam body as a core material, and integrally adhering metallic surface materials on both surfaces thereof. CONSTITUTION:A fireproof panel A is obtained such that metallic surface materials 3, 4 are directly integrally formed on both surfaces of a bridge type vinylchloride foam body. Such bridge type vinylchloride foam body consists mainly of polyvinylchloride resin, bridging agent, plasticizer, fixture, foaming agent, heating material and the like, and directly integrally comes into contact with other surface agent through adhesiveness during the bridging heat treatment, and thereby forms a foam body of approximately 10-60 times. The metallic surface materials 3, 4 are directly adhered to both surfaces of the core material 1, and thus become a protective material against fire resistance, weatherability, and anti-pollution. |
