PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion among heat resistant film, adhesive layer and copper foil and consequently obtain FCT suitable for inverter by a method wherein film-shaped adhesive sheet having three-layered structure is laminated, while one of releasing films is separating from the sheet, onto tape-shaped heat resistant insulating film with heating rolls under heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:Tape A having the predetermined width is produced by slitting heat resistant insulating filmmade of polyimide film, polyphenylene sulfide film or the like, onto which low temperature plasma treatment is applied in advance. Separately, tape B having the predetermined width is produced by slitting film-shaped adhesive tape having the three-layered structure formed by protecting both the sides of heat resistant adhesive layer with releasing films, each of which is made of polyester, polyethylene, fluoroplastic film or the like. Next, the film-shaped adhesive sheet or the tape B is laminated, while one of the releasing films is separating from the tape B, onto the tape-shaped heat resistant insulating film A with heating rolls under heat and pressure. |
