PURPOSE:To reduce a tensile force needed for a cutting operation and to prevent a sealing resin from being damaged during the cutting operation of a narrow strip by a method wherein a non-connected part is formed in a connected narrow strip and every plural narrow strips are pulled and broken. CONSTITUTION:Narrow strips 10 which have been extracted from an adjacent sealed resin and which are mutually adjacent are all connected via a connected narrow strip 11. A tensile force toward the outside is exerted on a plurality of narrow strip 10 on one side of a non-connected part 16; these narrow strips 10 are cut at a minimum cross-section part 15. In addition, a tensile force toward the outside is exerted on the side opposite to the non-connected part 16; these narrow strips 10 are cut at the minimum narrow cross-section part 15. Thereby, the narrow strips can be cut easily and satisfactorily by means of a small tensile force. |
