A device for attaching a track rail (R) to a sleeper (T), including a flexible supporting base (3) and side clamps consisting of loops (10). Said sleeper (T) comprises a longitudinal recess (2) in which the supporting base (3) is fitted, and said side clamps (1) consist of springs with at least one helical loop (10) designed to be resiliently tensioned and locked by means of at least one section in retaining abutment with the inner edges (20) of said recess (2) and in bearing engagement with the flange of the rail (R).
