Signal connection between two end points in vehicle

The connection comprises a circular cassette with a lead in it, the length of which is larger than the distance between the two end points. The cassette consists of a rotor (2) connected with the vehicle's steering wheel, and a stator. The rotor has guides (6), which adjustably accept a limb (5) of a fixture (3). The fixture is adjustable in its working position over the region of the steering wheel against a spring loading. There are holders at the rotor and at the limb, which engage each other, simply overlapping, if the fixture (3) would be readjusted back again in the direction of its mounting position, across the spring loading.
